Introduction
Abel Staff was established in 2004 with the expansion of the EU, to specialise in the recruitment of staff from the new EU Accession States for many UK companies.  We pride ourselves in our ability to provide all our candidates and clients with a professional and effective solution with the best recruitment options in this specialist market.

The founder of Abel Staff has considerable experience within the UK recruitment industry.  For over 10 years he worked at board level for a multi branch recruitment company which he himself established, and then developed and expanded 3 fold.  An entrepreneur by nature, Abel Staff was born from his close ties with the Baltic States, the huge opportunities arisen from the 2004 expansion of the EU and the worsening state of recruiting quality staff in the UK today, in many industry sectors.

All the principle staff have extensive and diverse UK recruitment experience, within many industry sectors.  This experience allows us to offer our candidates and clients a thorough understanding of our market place.  Furthermore our key staff are multi lingual and have close ties with the Baltic States, they understand the culture, people and way of life.

UK unemployment levels are at their lowest for decades and it is increasingly difficult and frustrating to find good quality staff.  Abel Staff have direct access to 1000's of high quality candidates in a wide variety of skills and trades, all of whom are seeking to improve their income level, improve their English language skills, have the self confidence to work in the UK and are extremely loyal and hardworking.  They are looking for long term employment opportunities of up to 12 months or longer in the UK.

Our Candidate Principles Are To:

  • Obtain the best conditions, contract terms and remuneration for
    each candidate.


  • Provide impartial and professional help and advice to candidates on
    what is required at each stage.


  • Help candidates ensure that all the legal government and employer
    requirements are satisfied.


  • Provide "welfare support" to candidate's pre arrival and during
    their stay whilst working in the UK - Abel Staff are with you every step of
    the way.

We do not charge candidates for our services.  You shall be required to complete application forms and various other forms and attend an interview. You shall be responsible for all travel costs to the UK (unless you are told otherwise).
In addition to finding you the right job, Abel Staff shall:-

  • Provide you with full information on living and working in the UK.

  • Organise your travel arrangements to the UK and transfer from UK
    Airport to your place of work.

  • Assist you with opening a UK Bank Account.

  • Assist you with obtaining a UK National Insurance Number.

  • Assist you with the completion of UK "Workers Registration Form" that must be sent to the UK Home Office within 30 days of your employment commencing.
